I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in a small and peaceful village. The newly renovated rooms were perfect, with attention to detail and modern furnishings. The hotel's location next to the restaurant made it very convenient for dining. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities, such as free parking and internet, were a bonus. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options including cappuccino, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit. Another convenient feature was the frigo bar in the rooms, perfect for keeping drinks cold on hot days.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

We stayed there because of a nearby Foo Fighters concert. Fine hotel with excellent rooms and breakfast in a sleepy village.

We chose Trattoria Locanda Ai Tre Amici (tlata) as an overnight stop en route driving from Tuscany to Split in Croatia, on the basis that Mortegliano should be quick and easy to get into and out of compared with say Trieste. The welcome from the staff was very warm as well as efficient, the rooms were excellent - modern and well equipped (wonderful showers, comfortable beds) with good toiletries. The restaurant - serving charcoal grilled meat and seafood, cooked in a corner of an outside courtyard - waserved great food and was good value. The house red wine, a bottled Merlot was pretty good too.

The location of the hotel next to the restaurant allows for easy access to delicious meals throughout the day. the rooms are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful linens. the staff is friendly and helpful, making guests feel at home. there is free parking and free internet available.

The Italian breakfast offered at the hotel leans towards sweets and lacks a variety of vegetables, which may not be preferable for those who prefer a more balanced meal in the morning.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times over the past two years for work trips to Friuli Venezia Giulia. The value for money is excellent, with cozy and clean rooms that are spacious enough for comfort. The recent renovation of their wifi access ensures a reliable connection for checking work emails. I also appreciate the large parking space available free of charge.
